BarefootLaw envisions a world where everyone can use the law to protect themselves, their families, and their community. Using technology and other innovative approaches, it provides free legal information to the poorest, most marginalized Ugandans, who face systemic disadvantages in accessing justice. Its Friends of BarefootLaw disbursed $100,000 to expand its outreach by supporting organizational capacity-building, including staff training.
