Heart rhythm disorders affect millions of people across the globe. In the U.S. alone, they cause 325,000 sudden deaths annually. The Liryc Foundation – a multidisciplinary research program at Bordeaux University in France – brings together experts from around the globe to study, diagnose, and treat cardiac electrical disorders. A $203,446 grant from its Friends Fund will improve research and treatments.
