Headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, the Breast International Group (BIG) is the largest international network of research groups dedicated to improving breast cancer therapies. Its main purpose is to facilitate and accelerate breast cancer research internationally by stimulating cooperation between its members and other academic networks. The American Friends of BIG granted $131,244 to support academic research and clinical studies.
