In 2010, Marie Ange Raissa Uwamungu noticed a growing number of girls getting early pregnancies in her community. She felt driven to address the challenge and launched Impanuro Girls Initiative. Impanuro improves the lives of women and girls through education and economic empowerment, and makes sure they have access to sexual reproductive health services.
