Simon Kasha was born in New York City, lived in London as a preschooler, and spent his school years in Paris. Sadly, Simon passed away at the tender age of 10. But his joy lives on. The American Friends of the Simon Kasha Foundation granted $390,000 to La Maison de Simon, to launch an artist-in-residence program in Normandy, where Simon spent his weekends.
